Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. I enjoyed painting this still life. I set up the crocks, placed the twigs of red-orange flowers in various bases. Fruit was lined up in front of the crocks and the ceramic bunny was placed among the fruit to make a pleasing composition.
